More than 60 feedback forms have already been returned by participants who have completed at least one of the three pilot cases and more are expected by the end of the pilot phase on January 6, 2020. The ILAE thanks all testing volunteers for their time and efforts in this to improve the usability and content related aspects of the courses.

Addressed to medical postgraduates / junior researcherswith a special clinical/scientific interest in epilepsy, the BSSSE is clinically oriented and focused on the comprehensive aspects of diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy. It combines lectures, group work, and case-oriented studies in an informal, international and open atmosphere. Participants should bring their own cases and are encouraged to present own research, and will work on designing a research project. Deadline for applications is March 1st, 2020; priority deadline for applicants from the Baltic Sea region is February 1st, 2020.

Paediatric Epilepsy Training (PET) is a series of face-to-face 1- and 2-day courses developed by the British Paediatric Neurology Association (BPNA) in 2005 in response to concerns about standards of care for children with epilepsy in the UK and is now being established worldwide.
